Veterans Open Franchise Through Two Maids & A Mop VetFran Membership

Two Maids & A Mop Cleaning KitTwo Maids & A Mop is proud to announce that is has partnered with veterans Matthew Lewellen and Mike Cuda to open franchised locations in Savannah, GA and Greenville, SC. Founded in 1991, VetFran member companies total 650 brands that offer financial incentives, mentorship and training for aspiring veteran franchisees and employment seekers.

“We are honored to work with VetFran and proud to provide these two deserving veterans with franchising opportunities,” says Ron Holt, CEO and Founder of Two Maids & A Mop. “The training these veterans received in their respective branches of service will serve them well in opening a Two Maids & A Mop franchise. We appreciate their service to our country, and we will continue to actively pursue opportunities for veterans like Matthew and Michael.”

Veterans have proven to be effective leaders and are also very receptive to executing prescribed systems within an organization. This unique ability to both follow the rules and lead by example can be difficult attributes to find within many business circles.

“I am grateful and excited for this franchising opportunity with Two Maids & A Mop,” says Matthew Lewellen, new franchise owner and veteran of the United States Air Force. “The growth opportunity and unique marketing process is what attracted me to the franchise initially. But Ron’s success and dedication to his business became infectious during the discovery process, and this expedited my decision to develop the Savannah market immediately.”

Franchise locations of the Two Maids & A Mop brand have full access to replicate the successful business model created by Holt, including the industry-changing “Pay for Performance” compensation plan. With this model in place, office locations have experienced exponential growth along with a very healthy bottom line. The brand’s unique approach to its sales and marketing process allows franchise partners to quickly control a significant amount of their local market share by focusing solely on online marketing initiatives; including social media campaigns, search engine optimization and targeted digital advertisements directed to a demographically-profiled potential buyer.

“Two Maids & A Mop is providing me with an opportunity to build a business that is backed by a successful model of growth that has more than twelve years of proven success,” says Mike Cuda, new franchise owner and veteran of the United States Marine Corps. “I am excited to get started and would definitely recommend this opportunity to other veterans.”

It’s an exciting to be a part of the Two Maids & A Mop journey and we welcome these two new franchise owners to our family of franchisees. To read the entire article, please click here.

Married Couple Finds Steady Secondary Income in Two Maids & A Mop Franchise

Jennifer FlaTwo Maids Franchised, executive director for a nonprofit working with special needs adults, and husband Dirk Flad were looking for an investment opportunity that would provide a stable income in addition to their full-time careers. The Baldwin County, AL residents researched multiple franchise investment options and eventually discovered that Two Maids & A Mop provided the exact opportunity for their family.

“We met with the executives at Two Maids and immediately loved the family atmosphere of the corporation,” says Jennifer. “We liked the potential growth opportunities with the company and thought the absentee owner model was the perfect fit for what we were looking for.”

Absentee investment franchise owners within the Two Maids & A Mop franchise network provide the monetary investment while Two Maids executives strategically pair the investor with a qualified sweat equity partner who manages day-to-day operations to ensure the franchise runs effectively. Franchises can also choose the “owner-operator” model, which is for individuals who have the investment capital needed as well as a passion to run their own business. Although she is an absentee owner, Jennifer still maintains weekly communication with her managers and visits the locations each month.

After much deliberation between executives and the Flads, the couple decided to develop the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, FL territories due to their proximity to northwest Florida. The couple also has plans to open a third franchise in Baldwin County, AL in late 2016.

“We are so thankful that Ron trusted us to take over ownership of the original location,” said Jennifer. “Owning these two locations has truly been a blessing, and we couldn’t be happier that we chose Two Maids for our investment.”

“The best thing for us is that Two Maids & A Mop provides a stable, steady income,” says Dirk. “Regardless of changes in the economy, the income stays consistent and provides our family with a much-needed boost to our household income level.”
