Travis GoinsTravis Goins serves as Senior Vice President of TWO MAIDS & A MOP™, focusing on national franchise sales and training operations. Travis first met Ron Holt (Founder) in 2003 and began working on plan for Two Maids expansion around 2008. Along with Ron, Travis developed an industry first, digital marketing approach which relies completely on search engine optimization, social networking, and digital ad placement to drive significant sales.Travis is originally from Powhatan, Virginia where he lettered in baseball, basketball, and football at Powhatan High. Recruited to play college football, Travis instead chose to accept a full scholarship to study civil engineering at Virginia Tech, one of the Top 10 Civil Engineering Schools in the country. Travis was a decorated member of the Virginia Tech Corps of Cadets and finished his Senior Year as Operations Officer and as a member of the Scabbard and Blade Honor Society. Travis graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering in 4 years and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the US Air Force.Travis served 5 of his 7 years overseas in Japan and England, where he completed his Master’s in Business through a program with Troy University. Travis demonstrated solid leadership in the Air Force reaching the rank of Captain and winning Pacific Air Forces Company Grade Officer of the Year in Japan and US Air Force Engineering Operations Unit of the Year while stationed in England. Goins and team were presented the prestigious Engineering Operations Award at a ceremony at the Pentagon by top Air Force leadership.Travis was highly recruited when he left the military and decided to take a position at Big 5 Consulting Firm, KPMG. He moved from DC to Pensacola, FL and opened KPMG’s first Gulf Coast Office in 1998. Travis quickly moved up the ranks into KPMG Senior Management and was part of the BearingPoint spin-off from KPMG and the growth of BearingPoint from $400 Million to $2 Billion in revenue. Travis was selected by the CEO to deploy BearingPoint’s IT methodology and tools throughout North America, Japan, Korea, and China. When BearingPoint was acquired by Deloitte, Travis played a key role. Travis was in charge of transitioning over 5,000 BearingPoint professionals into Deloitte, a role that required the coordination, communication, and reporting on efforts needed to onboard into Deloitte’s Global Practice of 165,000 professionals.At all 3 Big 5 companies, Travis was part of their high-performing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution Groups. Travis and the ERP Solutions Group regularly proposed and won SAP projects valued up to $175 Million. His clients have included NASA, US Navy, Disney, Research-In-Motion, Mercy Health Systems, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of California, Qatar Petroleum and the FDA.

Before joining TWO MAIDS & A MOP™, Travis’ last position was as Vice President in charge of new solutions and business development for H2 Performance Consulting Corporation, a business and technology consulting firm based in Florida that was included in Inc. Magazine’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies in America for 2010 and 2011, recording over 2000% growth in a 3 year span. Travis managed the company partnerships with IBM, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, General Dynamics, Red Hat, Microsoft, and Deloitte.
