Director of Franchise Experience. Jeff serves as the Director of Franchise Experience for TWO MAIDS & A MOP™. As Director of Franchise Experience, Jeff provides operational guidance to franchisees and consults on the development and growth of their business. He is also responsible for ensuring the operational compliance of franchise stores.

Prior to joining TWO MAIDS & A MOP™, Jeff spent twelve years as owner/operator of two The UPS Store franchises in the Birmingham area. He is a Certified Public Accountant who spent the first twenty years of his career in various roles, serving both manufacturing and service related industries. Jeff has extensive experience in the areas of financial analysis and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting, and staff supervision, training and development.
