2019 Pink Blazer Celebration Trip in Key West

The most profitable franchise owners in the Two Maids & A Mop franchise network converged on the tropical island of Key West, FL to celebrate their amazing success. This year’s group was comprised of Anthony Truong of Orlando, FL & Elizabeth Lamar of Huntsville, AL. Both of these franchisees grew their top line revenue and maintained very lean operations to produce impressive profits for their businesses.

“Our business model has always been built on a lean operating environment coupled with a strong emphasis on consistent increases to the top line,” said Ron Holt, CEO of Two Maids & A Mop. “Anthony and Liz have built two amazing businesses and it was an honor to celebrate their success with them down in Key West. They both work so hard inside their businesses and their bottom line proves it.

The Pink Blazer Club is the most exclusive society in the Two Maids & A Mop franchise system. It’s membership is comprised of the most profitable franchisee that is less than two years old and the most profitable franchisee older than two years old. It’s an honor that only two franchisees are able to receive each year and is widely coveted within our organization.

The 2018 Pink Blazer Club

The Two Maids & A Mop annual franchise conference concluded this past weekend with the biggest award going to our new inductees into the Pink Blazer Club. The club represents the two franchises with the largest bottom line margin and is the highest honor in our franchise system.

This year’s inductees include Elizabeth Hayes of Huntsville, AL & Anthony Truong of Orlando, FL. Both of these franchisees have built amazing businesses with an extremely strong bottom line. Profits are the purpose of every business and we’re excited these two hard-working people have built businesses that deliver such strong cash flows. Their work ethic is unmatched and their business’ success has created so many jobs and opportunities within their respective communities. They deserve this award and we’re proud to call them franchise partners.

The Pink Blazer Club enjoys a lifetime membership, a fancy pink blazer and an amazing sun-soaked trip to a tropical destination. Congrats to Liz and Anthony on working so hard to build amazing businesses!

2018 Pink Blazer Trip

The highest honor in our franchise network is to be inducted into the Pink Blazer Club. The designation goes to two franchisees each year with the best bottom line margins. We take this business seriously and want to recognize the folks within our network that are earning the most money using our business model.

This past year’s recipients were Dana Simpson; owner of the Montgomery, AL franchise and Ted Proctor; owner of the Fort Worth, TX franchise. Both are amazing people with strong work ethics. They lead by example and care deeply about maximizing their business’ bottom line.

This year, the Pink Blazer award recipients enjoyed a sun-soaked vacation along the beautiful blue shores of Key West, FL. From jet skiing to chilling at the pool, it was a great time had by all.

Highlights from Two Maids & A Mop 2016 Pink Blazer Cruise

The Pink Blazer Club is the most exclusive, most honorable designation for any franchise owner in the Two Maids & A Mop network. To be included, a franchisee must be produce the best bottom line performance within its peer group. We define peer groups as stores that have been open for less than two years and stores that have been open for more than two years. This year’s recipients include franchise owners Wes & Jaime Kulaga of Tampa, FL and Jim & Krystal Torcivia of Knoxville, TN.

The Pink Blazer Club receives special treatment throughout the entire year as a result of its strong operating performance. Private fishing charters, exotic vacations, caribbean cruises, invite-only dinners and VIP tickets to special events are just a few of the rewards a Pink Blazer Club member can receive. Of course, one of the most attractive benefits is the pink blazer itself. It’s an honor to wear the blazer and everyone in our franchise family understands and respects the symbolism behind this unique jacket.
